Click on irfanview.com and download the free software. When it is installed, click on the yellow album (icon on the top left) and open your picture that you want to minimize (upload it from your path on your computer). Then, click on "image," and then click on "resize." Click on "half" twice. This gives you the ideal size of about 130x100 KB, which can be uploaded anywhere. Then, click on "save as," and save your picture under a new name. Don't overwrite the other one, or you'll lose your high resolution (big) picture.

I use that, too, and it's great.
