What would "classify" a leo to have 'peppered' markings/colouring?

And how easily would one be able to tell them apart from one with with the "normal" patterning, are their characteristic 'peppered' markings SOOO very dif...?

Also... Is 'peppered' even a recognized morph/colouration?

The gecko in question is my male Lucifer. (hope the attatchments works  )

If he's not what I've been told is "peppered" what is he? :main_huh:

I know it's not an awesome picture when he's home from his girlfriend I'l do a proper "photo shoot" for him with a decent camera.

There is no morph called "peppered". Looks like a nice normal, with a lot of light speckling. Peppered is kind of descriptive of the look, but it's not a morph or line of any sort. Possibly het Blizzard...

Thanks cassadaga, you think it could be a genetic trait that i could try keep? Both my females have the same tiny spots, the spots are alot smaller than other normals I've seen......

The only way to do that is to breed and find out. You'd want to test breed for several generations to see what comes out.
