can i use miracle gro perlite ?

really i Would Not use it, I heard some people using it and it being "OK" but really would you risk your eggs on "Plant food?" try finding some that is only basic perlite or Basic Vermiculite, i know this can be hard to find, but if you cant find it in stores, You can easily get this stuff online. Like "Super hatch or Hatchrite" these are even made for reptiles. So you cant go wrong there.

go to your local feed store or a tractor supply they will carry perlite and vermiculite.
