Here's a few shots of our non-reptile animals. There are 4 dogs at this house (separate house with a 60'x80' land attached), but I only got a chance to 'shoot' two.

This one was just funny as...

Gotta get some pics of the others. If you're not familiar with the breed, they get huge! Capone (the first one pictured) is about 125 lbs!

Comments welcome.

Pics are watermarked and they are "casual" pics, but they are still mine. Please don't use them without permission.

Thanks,
Harold

Thanks for sharing the pictures of the family. They are beautiful dogs.. I remember Tamara showing me pictures of them before on a different forum. Do you breed them or are they just pets?

We've had a small (but committed) breeding program for the last few years. But they are pets first, then breeders. They live in house, have a run outside, and during "free-time", have run of an 60'x80' yard as you can see in some of the pics.

In fact, we are expecting are litter in the next month. Back to having 14 dogs at the house.:D

Yeah I remember that post/thread I made last year...Thanks for the kudos.

That is very cool. Why do you have to live so far away? Tamara loves big dogs.. and that is an awesome breed of dog. Haha.

Too bad you can't delta dash dogs. haha

For the right price, puppies can be shipped via Delta to their new home.;)

I nearly got one about 13 years ago rom a local "breeder" , but wasn't too happy too know what he was breeding them for(and it wasn't boar hunting either).

Beautiful breed, though I hear they are a bit hard to work with if not properly raised by the breeder(which I am sure you do). The bad rap comes from the people who own them for the wrong reason just like the Pitbulls , tosa inus, filas and so on.

It's great to see a person who loves the breed enough to raise them properly and make them a loved member of the family!

I love them!! I think they are absolutely beautiful dogs. Unfortunately most of them I see tend to be on the aggressive side because the owners don't know how to handle them and they take over pretty quickly. I would love to have one, but Dean is scared of them, thinks they look like they would eat the cats and kid. Nice dogs.

Like all "fighting" breeds, you're right, we have to share the bad rep caused by a few irresponsible owners (notice I didn't see keepers...).

They are a bit more involved to work with, then say, a German Shepherd. But very rewarding none-the-less. In fact, we're looking at getting another stud right now.

They're great to own, but sure do carry heavy pricetags on them:main_yes: ...
