Here's a picture of the 4 year old female beardie I got last month. She's on my porch with her new harness. I'm finally getting used to my first non-gecko and am enjoying her.

she is a beautiful girl i cant imagine why anyone would give her up.

She and her brother were rescued by someone who already had a beardie. The person they rescued them from was a relative of the owners and according to the story I heard, he was appalled at how poorly they were being cared for and decided to find them another home. I think the people I got her from, who did a wonderful job of rehabilitating her, really intended to have only one beardie and were able to find homes for Ollie (with me) and her brother. I found out about her from Craigslist and was impressed with the dedication of the poster.

Ollie is beautiful and believe me-
beardies will quickly grow on you
I just love their "personalities" and their eagerness to interact with their keepers
