Looks great, but personally I find the humid hide does best in the middle or cool end, because it dries out faster over the heat source.

So do you think I should move it to cool side?

I think so, but others may not agree. My tanks were setup with the humid hide closer to the cool end and my geckos preferred that one over the warm side humid hide. I moved to tubs in racks and my 15's have the warm side humid hide only(hole in side to keep moisture in longer) and my 32's have both a warm side and cool side(lay box) and they use both , but prefer the cool side lay box most of the time.

I put the humid hide in the middle and the cave on the warm side to the far back right corner. But I liked it back the other way, we will see how the gecko prefers it, he never uses it any way scence I switched to a new humid hide. I hope he starts and I hope he likes it I have benn switching stuff alot lately. And even if I watered it 2 times a day it should still be in the cool side? I need a little help lol.

I mist mine daily(usually) in all 78 tubs currently in use.

Leave the cage as is for 2 weeks or so.... so he can get used to it ;)

I like to keep my humid hides at least close to the heats, because I believe that the moisture is getting too cold if I don't. ;)

Nice set-up...

It's like looking at my set-up just a few years ago.. Lol.. I have both those hides too, my gecko loves them!!! I also have the same water dish but use it as a calcium dish and have the same thermometers..

We like similar things by the look of it!

P.S. I have an Alibino too..

Mines seem fine. what annoys me is they don't stay on the glass.. they just hang! now the things thats annoying me is the exoo-terra UTH I dont have a thermostat yet and it's been jumping to 100 I have like an entire roll of papertowels on that end so she doesn't over heat

Liz, go to home depot or lowes and buy an "in line" lamp dimmer for $10-12 and you'll be golden.
