Thought I would share some of the pictus we are working with. Some really fun stuff. The geckos below I thought I would share. I have a couple other projects I am working on that I am not sure what to call them. Sorry the pics suck I took them on my phone.

This one is just about to shed

Perfect Stripe.. (bold?) I don't know what to call it.

This is only my 3rd generation of babies. The red one was a random hatch from my xanthic group. I have a couple now and would like to figure out the genetics on it. I am not sure whats behind it yet other than it may have been a dark morph and is a xanthic displaying a more reddish tone. If anything I am excited. I know others that have some red pictus that I am hoping to get some info from them.

I have a couple xanthic with the bold stripe like the first pic. The black outline of the white stripe is lavender. Its really cool. I am hoping to cross the anry and the bold stripe next.

This next season I am going to work a little on figuring out what is recessive like the xanthic and if anything is dominant/codom. Boy I would love to see a super of something come out of a pictus.

Along with color morphs I have 5 different distinct patterns I am working with as a selective bred trait. The include Striped, Banded, Jungle, Marble, and something I call Bones. I am on the lookout for tri striped pictus but have heard there arn't any in the US.

Congrats for the amazing P. pictus! I am highly impressed mainly from the individual on the first photo.

I'll be happy if you upload some picture of what you call Bones as a pattern.

In my P. pictus group I've only Stripe, Banded and something between which I call Aberrant. Absolutely agree with you that this species has a huge potential for a high diversity of morphs.

Good luck with your breeding projects!
