T-ReXx Jun 9, 2011 I use Zoomed nocturnal red bulbs. 90-110F is the optimal basking spot temp for a tokay. Ambient should be 80-85 daytime with a 10-15 degree drop at night. Get a larger bulb. If 75 is too much, put it on a dimmer and adjust until it's right.
