Ok I have seen where some people feed their geckos pinkies. Well around here I can get frozen pinkies that I have to thaw out but I cant get them alive. Would my gecko eat a thawed out pinkie? thanks

Why do you want to feed your gecko a pinkie???

To answer your question, some leos will take a pinkie and some will not even look twice at one... It all depends on the individual leo...

Yeah, I had a few live leftover about a year ago from my baby cornsnake.
One of my Leo's didn't seem to interested, but ate it. Another acted as if the pinkie was never even there.

I haven't fed pinkies since.

My 3 leos are to small for pinkies, but in the past I have had zero
luck w/ frozen.
A friend had snakes, so he raised mice and would give me pinks.
If I remember right (it's been years ago) only 2 out of 7 would go
for them. They had to be alive and moving, or, not interested.
I know other folks have no problem with thawed out frozen pinks,
just use feeding tongs, and wiggle it around so the leo is attracted
by the movement.
To be honest, unless you are feeding a breeding female, why bother
with pinks at all?

There really is no reason to feed pinkies... If you are feeding your leos gut loaded and properly supplemented insects, females should not have weight issues during breeding/egg laying... I have never used pinkies for any of my leos...
