Pit vs. Anole

Here in Florida, we have wild Anoles. I have a Pit that likes to chase said anoles... My question is: Can it hurt him to eat these lizards?

I mean if I could stop him from chasing them, I would, but unless someone knows of a lizard repellent...

It usually makes 'em pretty sick...they get diarrhea and vomit... then there's the concern about parasites/pesticides & Salmonella. So just try your best to divert his attention if he sees one.

thats what i thought. i haven't seen him catch one yet, but its only a matter of time. thanks for the timely response!
