Plants in a Leo cage?

Hello, I've been wondering about putting a plant in my leopard geckos cage. My bro said I should put in a Tillandsia but I'm not sure. Do you people know what kind of plant i should put in my leos cage?

The only problem with a Tillandsia is that ideally you should mist it periodically and that may be too much humidity for a leopard gecko (although I have been advised lately to keep my humidity higher for banded geckos and their care is similar). You could also put a succulent in there as long as it doesn't have thorns or other spiny parts.
