If I were you, I wouldn't breed an Enigma, because the babies might get the Enigma syndrome.

Apart from that, if you breed with a non-Enigma, you have a 50% chance of getting Enigmas. Also, about half of the babies will be Mack Snows if that is a Mack Snow Enigma, so whatever you pair him with, you'll get some MS babies. So unless you want Super Snows, don't breed with another Snow; get something else, like a nice Tang or so. Since you don't know about the hets I suppose, there might be some surprises. Therefore, I would avoid any Albino. If you breed to a Tremper Albino and he was het Bell Albino, you're in trouble. Thus, Tang or Normal might be good options.

He needs to be about 8 months old before he can breed, so you still got lots of time to do research about breeding and get all the necessary equipment. Here's the morph calculator. Make sure you have a market for the hatchlings.
