Keep a close eye on it. If it looks like the tip of the tail is dead (if it changes colors or feels hard and looks dried up) I'd take her in to see a vet.
One of my females had a similar injury. I'm not sure how, but she some how injured the very tip of her tail. For a few days it looked like it was healing but then it started to change colors and it got all dried up and hard. She was still eating and acting normal. I took her into the vet and they amputated a very small section of the very tip of her tail. She was fine, healed up well and the tip of her tail eventually regenerated. I don't think anyone would ever notice anything ever happened to it unless I pointed it out.
It's usually a lot cheaper to take them to the vet earlier as a precaution then to wait until you have a more serious problem.
