If you have the two together still I would separate them immediately until she is acting normal again (they should be about the same size if you're going to house them together), you don't want to risk getting the other one sick. Put the sick one in an ICU with paper towel as substrate (keep this clean), then probably call the vet. You might want to clean/disinfect the old tank just as a precaution. Hope she starts feeling better soon.

Handling a gecko for an hour a day is a very long time. I would cut that back, since its a stressful situation for your gecko already.
Has this gecko seen a vet? I think thats the only advice I can give you. Please do not give your gecko any medication like stool softener unless a vet prescribed it to you.

She has been to the vet. She only gets out enough to give her a bath, feed her, and I let her warm up on me before I put here away. Before she got sick we had her out that long. The gecko that is doing fine we let out for an hour, for most of the time she is climbing all over us and she lays down to warm up on us many times. She knows when we are going to put her up because we do it the same way and she hates it almost fighting us to stay out with us. I called the vet this morning, she prescribed mineral oil for 3 days then if she hasn't pooped we will have to take her back. I am not rich, this sucks. Why does it cost so much...?

Vets go to school for a very long time.
Many of them go to school longer than your family doctor, and get paid much much less
