Welcome to GF! The first thing to do is to separate your geckos because it sounds as if one is stressed out and may be getting bullied. See how it does for a week or so after being separated.

Definitely agree. Try separating them. If one is bulking up and one is getting skinny, there may be a competition for food. Also, is there any chance that the gecko may have ingested something other than the food (like substrate)? It may have a blockage which makes it not want to eat.

Agree with above.
Assuming all conditions for appropriate health are otherwise met like a substrate they can't ingest, a proper heat gradient, and nutritional needs,
Step 1) separate your geckos.
If it doesn't correct itself,
Step 2) take a fecal sample to the vet to check for parasites
If that doesn't help
Step 3) take the animal to the vet for examination (this is stressful for some animals)

Just out of curiosity about how long has it been since it's stopped eating (I'm assuming awhile if it's dropping noticeable weight, but just checking)? I know my girls are really touchy and not interested in food for a few days before they go through shed.

I would try to help him out with the shed as soon as possible by soaking him in warm water for a bit. The shed can be really uncomfortable and discourage a gecko from eating because of the discomfort

Then follow up by all the Steps the above users listed ^

Good luck ;w;
