My daughter got this guy for her b-day. The store said he was a high yellow.
But someone said he was not yellow enough. The he thing is iffy too. how old does it have to be to tell sex? we think he is about 3 months. An every time it sheds it losses some of the spotting how long until that stops. and he becomes the full color he is ment to be. Sorry for the over load of questions. New gecko owner.

it's a pretty leopard gecko. i'd call it a normal myself. it has nice color!
they change during about the first year...

Thanks for the replys my daughter thinks he is the bomb. she has been begging for one since she seen her first one in her class room at school.

To check the sex look behind the back legs. Do you see two bumps? Also in front of the back legs do you see a line of dots that form a V shape. If you have those to things then you know for sure it is a male. If you want, snap a picture of the underside, and members here will be glad to help.
