As for the fleas, most likely out in the yard or in your house. They have a 120 day cycle and the best thing to do is vacuum the house regularly and dispose of the vacuum bag immediately to the outside. If you have a bagless, put a flea collar in the container and that will kill any fleas you vacuum up. The yard may need to be treated as well, depending on how heavy a flea problem you have. Use Frontline monthly year round if he is that sensitive to flea bites. If you bathe him, wait a few days before applying it because it goes into the oil gland and bathing him will decrease his oil production and therefore make it less effective. You can also get brewer yeast and garlic tabs(or powder)for dogs that can be added to food that will help naturally deter fleas. Fleas like dark places, so vacuum all the little cracks and nooks in your house. Good luck, I hope all the info helps.
