I am working on Cremesickles this is generation F2. The parents of this first set are Hypo Snow het Tremper x Tug Snow Sunglow I am showing you pics of the gecko in question and its clutchmate:

Im thinking that the whiter one is a hypo snow and the other one is a cremesickle?

The other pair are from a Hypo Snow het Tremper x Tangerine, these two are also clutchmates:

Thanks for your input!

With your first pair, is the more orange one (that you think is a creamsicle) even a Mack snow? It looks like a superhypo tang. Was it born black and white striped? I think it's hard to tell if you've got a creamsicle until the colors develop a bit more. As I understand it, the creamsicle would keep the white color of the snow but the bands that were originally black would turn orange so you'd get that nice high contrast orange/white. Last season I paired a SHTCT with a Super Snow in hopes of getting a creamsicle but all I got were some yellow Mack snows (I got a better "creamsicle" look from my SS x snow fasciolatus cross pairing). I kept the best one, who looks just like a SHT and debated whether to pair it with my tremper male or my PRS male. Finally decided on the tremper male and have once again not gotten creamsicles. Next year I'll try her with my PRS male.

I am not sure if its a snow thats why I am posting after more color has developed. I am finding the project a little frustrating because what is hatching out are hypo snows, normals and then ones that looks like a cross between the two. They dont look like snows but they dont look like normals.
Looking on JMG's page they have ones that are white/yellow.orange but also ones that are yellow/orange. Im not sure which one is the ideal, but I have seen those two.
I can completely understand not why it took them so long to get the look they wanted!!
Im probably going to keep it and test it out to see if its just s SHT or a Snow!

My cremesicles hatch out white with almost brownish bands. I'll have to search and see if I can find any pics of Phineus when he hatched last year. I wasn't 100% sure he was a cremesicle since I had no clue who the father was, but he was bred to a cremesicle this year and gave me a super snow. So I know he is one for sure now. His other baby hatched with a tiny bit of yellow, but I'm pretty sure it's a cremesicle, too.

That does help Kristi as the 2 in question hatched like your 2nd last pic. I wont be 100% sure until I breed it but that definately helps!!!! Please keep undating the little I would be interested to see if it develops in the same way as this one. Thanks again

I think the very first pic might indeed be a cremesickle...at least it looks like some of the cremesickles I've seen on:

I'd say you're about 1-2 seasons away from higher contrast cremesickles, you're doing fabulous; keep up the great work!!:2thumbsup:

I might try breeding the first one with the more tangerine one from the second clutch, and then perhaps work in one more generation of hypo snow after that.

I did not know JMG had updated with new cremesickles for sale! Thanks for those pics that helps as well!!! You are right is does look similar to those!
I am going to wait to see the sexes of those babies and see what else hatches out then make the breeding plans.....but if I get a male I can experiment!
