Is there a good way to tell if a young gecko is a Giant? I have 7 hatchlings so far from a Giant x non Giant pairing and was wondering if weight was a good indicator.

The oldest 2 hatchlings are 2 months old now, 1 weighing 15g and the other 19g.

The 1 month old ones are both 9g and 10g

If weight is as inaccurate as I would imagine it to be, is there another way to tell, besides waiting for them to be adults that is?

Thanks

I would have thought the only way to spot a giant from a non would be the adult weight, I cant think of any other physical signs there are? Perhaps bigger hatchlings or gain weight faster? But this could also be inacurate.

The only accurate way to tell a giant is adult size, but hatchling giants do tend to look slightly different, more gangly and stretched-out looking than normal clutchmates, but it's not 100% accurate.
