Hello I recently bought a new patternless gecko about 5 days ago and ima be honest when I her she was so gray I tought it was a blizzard till I look at its tail and it has bright orange and her you can see slightly that's she's yellow, but I tought that will prolly clear off in the next shed. Then the next day I notice she pooped and it was diarrhea and it smelled awful. That really got me worried so then I grabbed her and examined her and I see very little small white "specs" all over her they are very hard to see. I really hate that pet shop now I felt bad for the Leo thats why I bought her I mean there was sand in there tanks, poop everywhere, and even a Leo with two tails! Anyways she's great at eating and eats about 2 mealworms and 3 crickets a day
Here are some pictures of her discoloration, poop, and possible mites (if you can see them):

Discoloration
Poop (only the brown and white is poop, the black part is the caves color)
Mites?

She lives in a 20 gallon tank, has a uth, and a undertank heater and lives with another Leo named Fergeh. Please help all advice will be greatly appreciated.

You are going to need to separate the leos and quarantine the new one. This article explains quarantine procedures as well as other health concerns http://geckosetc.com/health.html

The diarrhea could be a one time stress thing, coming into a new home can stress anyone! Or it could be a sign that another illness is inflicting her. The most common is parasites.

Separate them ASAP and keep an eye on the new one. Dark color and loose stool may also be a sign that she is not warm enough. I would double check the temperature on the hot side, make sure its about 90 on the floor of the tank. If the diarrhea continues then take her and a fresh fecal sample to the vet ASAP.

Leos dont get mites. Those white spots are just little bits of shed that did not come off the last time. If your leo has a moist hide for shedding, they will come off in her next shed.

+1 for separation and quarantine. If you can't get another enclosure, see if you can at least get a divider for your 20G tank. She'll need her own heat pad, then.
Also, if she hasn't been started on calcium and vitamins, that could help perk up her color some. Her legs look ever-so-slightly wobbly from the two pics I see, and supplementing her well now should prevent further problems. If she continues to have runny poo 2-3 weeks from now, I would start calling around herp vets to see if you can get a fecal done.

Good luck with her!

Agreed... quarantine! Her color should improve when she settles in and her environmental requirements are met, and with belly heat she may very well have a more solid stool. If not, a vet trip for a fecal check is in order. The white flecks on her body are 'dandruff', and she will probably go into shed soon.
