i got these two from a tangerine+high yellow breeding, and it looks like one will be normal and one a low grade tang. it would help to see a hatchling tangerine or before and after tang pics. :main_thumbsup:

Sorry to jump in. Can someone tell me what this leo looks like? It was bred Normal x Normal. It doesn't look normal to me. It's bigger now also. I will have to get updated pics. Thanks!

Thats the best part about tangs. They never stop surprising you as they develop.

Pretty much anything super hypo is considered by most to be tangerine. Also very few geckos are actually orange. I use the term as a general way to name everything in the hypo classification.

Well said, Brian. In a clutch, one might be far better looking at two weeks old, then a month later the "uglier" one is better. The bottom one in this pic is a few hours old and may look like the others as it grows.

Here are some of mine they looked similsr to yours right out of the incubator. They are now two months old and still getting better. They are not as amazing as Dans "Orange" geckos but I like them none the less. Those are beautiful geckos Dan.

Yours look pretty darn nice to me, Kevin. That's pretty unusual how the last one's body color continues down onto the tail - maybe that trait could be made to progress further down, ya never know.

Thanks Dan, From you Thats means much to me. My camera is not a great camers so they do look a little washed out. They are progressing very nicely and I will be keeping at least a couple of them.
