how long after laying eggs do i wait to reintroduce the female back to the male?

I'd base that answer far more on the female's overall appearance than any sort of timeline. If she looks healthy and is eating well and seems otherwise OK, then there shouldn't be any problem reintroducing her. Just make sure she's upto weight. You don't need to reintroduce her until after about three clutches have been laid though.

i knew to watch her weight,i just didnt want to waste her energy on bad eggs,
