Precious the Pug: lucky and happy to be here!

Precious was rescued four weeks ago from a "person" who should not own animals. Irresponsible breeding. I don't know exactly where the dog came from but a woman I work with brought her to me. When she came into my care she was three months old and could barley stand. She was covered in wounds and had lost her left ear. These wounds were inflicted by the mother. The owner would not separate the pups and she kept attacking them. I got her to the vet, wormed her and cleaned her wounds. I really didn't expect her to survive but she started perking up last week and is now playing with Taylor (also a Pug) she is still weak but things are looking very nice for her. I learned, unfortunately, tonight at work that two more puppies were killed. I don't know if it was the mother or neglect. Here are some pictures of this beautiful and loving pup.
I will post more as she grows, probably some of Taylor (we call him Pugimus Prime) too

She is very cute! Although I can't stop thinking that this breed has a 'gremlinlish' style It's those eyes!

I'm glad to see that she is now in good hands.
