so i am getting ready in case we lose power from hurricane sandy and i was looking at the hand warmers i use for the beardies if our power goes when i realized that i don't know if i can use hand warmers with Miss Leopard. so can i use hand warmers to keep her warm if we lose power?

Its a good idea (for a smaller collection) to keep enough heat packs for all your leos to last 72 hours. For larger collections I would suggest getting a generator.

Well, it wasn't lame here. It was pretty bad, and most people/area's did lose power. I just was lucky enough to be in a small area that had less power outages than others. Five minutes in either direction and most people do not have power. We had downed trees last night also.
