Hello I'm new to this forum and I don't really know how to use it. I'm curious on what my leopard geckos are worth.. I'm not looking to sell any of them. I just want to know more about what I have. I was given 3 out of my 4 so I'm not sure how much they're actually worth. If you guys could let me know that'd be great. The first picture should be my male named Herman he's 86 grams. The second is my other male Walter. He's 89 grams. Next is Doris. She's 62 grams. And the last female is still a baby and haven't had a chance to get a weight on her yet. Any info is appreciated, thanks!

Welcome to GF! They're all nice looking geckos but it's really hard to answer the question of what they're worth. There's a great range of how much leopard geckos are worth and it depends a lot on:
who's selling them/who produced them
whether or not their genetic history is known
who happens to want them

The last point is interesting. Here's a story to illustrate what I mean: I produce about 50 leopard geckos a year. The least "interesting" ones I sell for $25 or sometimes less. I count on having some of these that don't look so interesting to me, so I'll be able to offer some low-priced geckos at a show. One year, someone came to buy one of the higher priced geckos. His mother came too and fell in love with one of the geckos I was planning to sell at a lower price. I really wanted to keep her for the show, so I recommended she look at some of the other geckos. Well, she really wanted this one and started offering me more and more money for her. So this is a case of a $25 gecko that I could have sold for $75 (I realized she really wanted this gecko and sold it to her for $25). In that situation, what's it worth? You see, what I mean, right?

Without knowing the genetics, they are pets and should be priced as such. That is up to each person, but pets are usually $20-$80 depending on age/size/breeder/etc.

When you are working with known genetics, you will get a wide range of prices. Honestly, they are worth what you are willing to pay for them. As a breeder, I look at other sites and see what similar genetics are being sold for. I tend to price right in the middle to high middle. The reputation of the breeder has a lot to do with prices. Then you have the sex, age, all the genetics, the background of the animals (what breeders the parents came from) and the quality of the color/pattern. A lot goes into it and there are no real set prices per morph.
