Hello,
Aabout 1 week I have a problem with a leopard gecko at 4 months.
His eyes have been closed for 1 week and he does not want to open them.
I was told to keep warm cotton on his eyes, but he wouldn't let me. For this I dripped drops of water on his eyes and opened them, but one of his eyes was blurred. Today I go to him and he is with his eyes closed again.
Having feces in the terrarium means most likely feeding.
I'm asking for help. thanks
I think it all happened because they keep 2 geckos in 1 terrarium and most likely the other one was.

The picture is very blurry. I'm not surprised that the gecko won't keep cotton pads on the eyes. The eyes may be closed for one of these reasons:
--the light is too bright (this looks like an albino gecko)
--the gecko has an infection in the eye
--the gecko is ill in another way and is reacting by closing its eyes

If you have overhead lighting for the tank, try getting rid of that to see if it helps (hopefully you have an under tank heater).
You can dip your finger in warm water and put a drop on each eye which often helps them to open their eyes
You should also consider taking it to a reptile vet if none of these suggestions help.

Hello,
there is no lighting in the terrarium.
When I wet his eyes with warm water, he opens them completely, but after a while he closes them again.

Hello,
5 days ago I took him to the vet.
It turned out that he had skin in his eyes. I was told that he should open his eyes in 2-3 days, but 4 days have passed and he still doesn't open them.
He drops it and opens it for 5 minutes and then closes it again.

Id give the vet you saw a call. Give an update and ask what to do next. He could have scratches on his eyes or shedding left.

In the meantime, order some ZooMed shed ease. Next time he is starting to shed, give him a bath in warm water up to his belly following the dosage instructions on the bottle. Make sure he has an adequate shedding hide. It needs to be spacious, I find it helps if its heated, and dark. To keep it moist put a layer of damp paper towels on the bottom of the hide.

I have a small gecko with eye issues too.

Just got one of his eyes free from the gunk and shed.

Try using Repta Rinse by Flukers.

Then softly using a qtip to get shed out.

Zoetis Animal Health Terramycin Antibiotic Ophthalmic Ointment 1/8 oz

I also used this for their eye and it cleared up in 3-5 days
