problems?

I have a male leopard gecko that is done mating for the season due to that fact that he is not intrested.

To day i looked at the base of his tale, and found 2 holes near the vent (above the bulges) that were waxy, is that normal?
And the vent seemed kinda burised. IS this a problem, or normal?

As far as I know, it's normal. Just keep an eye on the "bruising" to make sure it clears up. I think I've seen that in some of my geckos before and it was fine.
