...for those of us whose secretive little leos refuse to admit to enjoying the use of that painstakingly-cleaned and -refilled water dish we provide.


I was writing out a PM when STUTFL started being adorable; so naturally I shoved my correspondence aside to take pictures of the pwitty wittle wizzard.

Ahhh, that hit the spot.

He then proceeded to scarf down all of the phoenix worms I have left - apparently they're only tasty when you've just had a drink, they're offered from a pair of giant fingers, and you haven't eaten anything for TWO WEEKS. :main_rolleyes:

HAAA adorable! I still have yet to see any of my leos take a drink out of their bowls I take the time out to clean every damn day. The nerve of some of these little buggers ey! Cute gecko as well.

Thats the weirdest thing....i saw my leo drinking out of his bowl for the first time last night...odd timing

yeah when i got my first geckos the kid who gave them to me said that they are from the desert and that they dont drink water and as a joke i said "nuh uh" and we fought about it until i put the water in it and they drank the whole thing.
poor little guys were without water for almost two months

wow you guys havent seen a gecko drinking? mine do it all the time like when i clean them out and place a new water dish in my one dark female drinks for at least 10 mins

awwww! whenever i see my leos drink it always makes me think of Steve Irwin cus one of his expressions was "flat out like a lizard drinkin!" RIP Steve-o.
