Last year I bought a male redstripe from JMG, het for albino. I bred him to an albino and a redstripe het for albino. I was pretty surprised when none of the 6 babies from the albino was albino (even though I know that can happen) and I was even more surprised when both of the first 2 viable eggs from the het hatched out albino. The picture here is of the first one which appears to be a partial (very partial) reverse stripe. The second one was a full stripe. Unfortunately, I had a minor tragedy with them: the first night, one of the other geckos from the other side of the partition got in with them and took of 1/2 of the pictured one's tail and all of the other one's. I have had hatchlings "visiting" each other before, but never with this kind of tail loss. Needless to say, they both went immediately into safe isolation. They are doing well, eating and regenerating their tails, it's just a shame.
