I have three leopard geckos, one female and two males. The males are not housed together, but the female is housed with one of the males. When breeding season started, the female mated with one of the males (kaida). After that we housed the female with the other male (oreo). We have had a total of 12 eggs laid two were infertile, 6 are incubating and 4 have hatched.
What Im wondering is, since she mated with both males, and only mated with kaida once maybe twice which eggs would be the hatchlings of kaida, and which would be oreos babies? Would it be the first babies were from kaida and the rest oreo or would it just be random?
Ive heard leopard geckos store sperm, so Im just wondering how that works.
