Question about sexing juvie females

It appears that it is pretty obvious to definitively know a leo is a male. But as it is maturing at what point can you say that one is definitely a female?

I was wondering the same thing! I have pretty young ones (4.5 inches....the one I just brought to the vet is 10 grams). I would like to know this as well!
