Question on behavior

Ive had my gecko now for a week and I'm stroking its back for like 5 minutes every couple hours cause i wanna hold him soon, well as I was stroking him he started to kick his front leg with his back leg, he did it like 5 times is that something weird in behavior or just something that looked funny?

Thats normal, i find that leos dont like to be touched on the back and prefer belly touching over back/limbs.
