Questions for the mealworm breeders

I have more than enough mealworms to feed my two leopard geckos and thought about selling some of the mealies but had some questions.

How do you sort your different sized worms and keep them sorted? I have a kitchen strainer that I use to help sift through the waste and shed they leave behind. It seems like I'm going through wheat bran faster and faster each cleaning.

How often do you clean your bins? And how many do you keep per bin?

The one dilemma I have yet to find an easy solution to is counting the worms. The only thing I can think of is counting each worm one by one and then marking the container where 250 worms would be in said container then it's just a matter of filling the container to said fill line. Is there an easier way to count out the mealworms?

Any other tips for sorting, cleaning, counting or selling? I'm thinking of posting an ad on Craigslist and seeing if I get any hits that way.

Once you count out your quantity of each size, weigh them (don't forget the tare) and write it down. That way you can sell by weight and know the count is correct. It's a good policy to add about 10% overcount too :)

When I sell my surplus worms (not lately because I have very hungry babies) I sell them on craigslist for $2 for 100 counted, or $5 for 80 grams of mealworms (approx. 1000 since I weighed 100 and got 8 grams). They go fast to all sorts of interesting people.

Do you add any wheat bran after you weigh your mealworms? What type of containers do you use? I'm looking for something I can buy in bulk that's also fairly cheap. Aaaaand the final question for 1,000 cookies!

When you sell your worms do you ship to people or do they come pick them up?

I put my mealworms in extra containers I have from the days when I bought mealworms, or I ask the customers to bring their own containers. I put them in some of the progeckos gutload that I use with my feeders. I do this very occasionally so I don't ship but I"ve been known to drop off mealworms locally.
