This recipe was by golden gate geckos.
i got a shipment of 3 adult leos about 2mo ago and i am able to hand feed all of them but one. The 2 i am hand feeding wont take from their bowl but if i put it in front of them they will take it. Now one out if the 3 hasent aten atd has lost like 5-6 grams so i want to feed her the slurry till she decides to take food on her own so she doesn't loose any more weight.
Here is the recipie:
1 small can Hill's A/D pet food (available at most vets)
¼ cup Ensure (not chocolate)
1 jar baby food squash or pumpkin
¼ cup Pedialite
*2 tabs or contents of 2 capsules milk thistle (herbal supplement, liver purifier, found at most drug stores).
*2 tabs or contents of 2 capsules of Acidophilus (GI system probiotic, found at most drug stores).
1 tsp. calcium powder w/Vitamin D3
1/2 tsp. herp vitamin powder
2-4 X-large handful of mealworms, added slowly
Now i cant find any of the hills a/d pet food and vets wont sell me just 1 can so can i just do without the pet food for now?
Also i have a super worm colony going so can i just use 1 hand full of super worms instead of 2-4 of mealies because the meilies are expensive in my local pet store.
