Uh, YEAH! Despite the fact that it's a diferent housing system the same basic principles still apply. You can use plumber's heat cable or flexwatt heat tape. (the most popular)

technically not the rack but the tubs that go in a rack yes, you have buy heat tape by the foot to run the length of the rack shelf.
