Are you using hydrofarm containers?

All my adults live happily in 16qt sterilite tubs.

I am using the hydrofarm thermostat, and ok I was just hoping it was enough space for the guys, everything seems to be great except for one weak spot in the flex watt(super annoying when all but one of the tubs heats up correctly)

That can get annoying, I've found heat tape to be very problematic being if you bend it wrong, it can fail. I am now using heat cable, which also has its annoyance of being raised therefore harder to slide tubs in and out, but i can deal with that in exchange for ease of use and reliability.
