Rack System Info..

I'm currently building a rack system using wood and plastic containers for homes. My question is:

What exactly do i need for heat. I found the heat tape from FlexWatt but I dont know what else i need with the flex tape...(how to hook it up and what not)

Someone please help me with this thing, lol

Temperature Control,connectors and insulators i dont think I'm missing anything but i might be

foil tape depending on your setup...i use silicon inside of the clips if you decide to use clips them wrap them with electrical tape. i usually just solder them.
