can i make a radar morph by crossing a Super Snow non het for albino x bell albino? is Super Snow considered as Eclipse? TIA

no, the super snow is not considered an eclipse

Super Snows have solid eyes but do not carry the Eclipse gene. You would have to get Leos that are at least het Eclipse and Bell to make Radars.

Super Snow x Bell will just make Mack Snows het Bell.
