Rankin's Dragons??

I'm thinking about getting a Rankin's dragon, but I want to know the differences between these and the bearded dragons. Is there a different enclosure size? etc.

They are smaller than beardies and may also be less colorful. I think they're small enough for 1 to go in a 20 long.
