Beautiful! If you ask me, the tang/emerine transformations are always the most fun to watch! I'm always stunned at how mine change seeming overnight! Even one of my adults has recently been developing some extremely dark orange. Apparently being a mom looks good on her!

Thank you! She's slowing down now, it seems, but you can still see subtle changes from the last pictures, mainly the line along the back of her head-- it's almost all orange now :)

I have a juvie Sunglow Enigma I got a few weeks ago that I'm going to photograph after every shed, to watch her transform. It's harder to notice sometimes if you don't remember what they used to look like! LOL. I know because I realized that with my het DB girl, she had changed somewhat and I'd missed it! Raven is BEAUTIFUL. I love how orange she is! Orange-phase morphs are my favorite kind! And the brighter the orange, the more I like them! I can't wait to see more pictures of Raven, I love watching geckos transform :) And her change has been incredible!

I rememeber when Orchid was growing, and suddenly one day it hit me that she was no longer black and white and lavender, but rather yellow and lavender with LOADS of black spots LOL Went back and looked at baby pictures and was floored by the change she had gone through! I didn't have that kind of change with Amelia, because she's pink- and stayed pink. I love dramatic changes, but sometimes you want them to look the same as an adult and they just don't lol

Isn't she!? I love her X3 Her orange is actually kind of fading to a more rusty color rather than the bright, in-your-face it used to be, but I still love it!

Maybe it's a dark phase her color is going through, lol. You never know with these animals, it seems! That happened with Poppy. I looked at her picture from her auction posting one day and realized that there were white-lavender-ish areas on her back that weren't there anymore! The yellow ended up filling that in. And she's been getting more orange on her tail as she gets bigger, the chunky girl! But I know her changes are going to be a little less dramatic now versus Clementine's, which is why I'm mostly just photographing Clem now. Clem was about to shed yesterday, I can't wait to see how she looks! She has a stripe-type thing going down her back and it looks like her orange is brightening up on either side of the stripe and outlining it. Thought I could see more of the traffic-cone type orange underneath her loose skin last night lol. I can't wait til her speckled Enigma tail comes in, but I also at the same time want it to stay pure white xD it's so pretty just how it is!

Day 43 (or something like that lol).

All's thats left of the band around her head is a little white dot at the base of her skull. About 95% tangerine on her body, now too. So in love with this little cutie! Here's a pic from a few days ago, of her first outing on the bed.

Nah, I don't have time or space for that. I don't even have the space for the two I already had before I got her LOL I don't think I'll ever have the space before she's out of her prime. My friend is under the impression that we should breed her male and Raven together. I told her to buy all the stuff and we'd talk LOL

Day 45!

Today, Raven learned about physics! We were sitting on the bed, and was holding her up to take pictures, and she decided she wanted to try and see if she could reach my phone from where she was standing. Needless to say, she was short by an inch and dropped like a rock  I managed to sort of push her in the direction of my leg, and she grabbed onto it with her little nails. Only fell about a foot (I had my knee up) and was touching her the whole time. Either way, bet she won't do that again, feisty little brat LOL Couldn't help but laugh and call her a retard. She looked at me like "that's is NOT how that was supposed to work! *angry face*". Weirdo :p

Anyways, here are some pics from tonight! It's hard to see in the pics, but there is red coming in from the fading lavender. Super excited to see how that turns out!

I want to steal her.
Me too XD She's just so pretty!

Poppy once learned about physics… When I first got to hold her she was jumpy and I wasn't expecting that, and she jumped right out of my hands! She ended up landing on the top of one of the sides of her tank and was fine, but I almost wasn't! About gave me a heart attack! These lizards are more daredevilish than we expect them to be!

Back offa my baby!

I've learned to take things in stride with her. When she gets something into that little head of hers, she's going to do it. Which is why I don't walk around with her much. She's feisty and wants to get into anything she can. She's like Orchid but worse! LOL At least Ameila just likes to stick with her routine-- sleep, eat around 11 pm to 1 am, stumble around the tank for a few minutes after eating, and then go back to sleep for the night. Orchid and Raven walk around all the time, climb all over, move stuff, get into things when I take them out, glare at me or stalk me if I don't feed them soon enough... LOL They like to keep things mixed up and interesting :p

I was at White Hot Dragons today getting feeders, and showed one of the girls a pic of Raven (we were talking about this one AWESOME giant I was playing with-- I loved her!!!!) and she asked "Is she really that orange??" Even someone in the reptile business couldn't wrap their head around her color LOL They deal with mostly Bearded Dragons, though. They've got a couple leos and day geckos and chameleons and snakes, though. The store is now about half beardies and half other reptiles. But yeah, I though that was funny :p

Day 52 :) Gunna have to start counting by months soon!

Got some pics at dinner last night. All that remains of the white band around her head is a few teeny pin points on some of the bumps on the back of her head. The lavender has slowed down in fading now, and I no longer see changes day to day. And just look at that fat little tummy!!!!

I also weighed her tonight: 40 grams! Give or take. That scale sucks

And she's gotten so big that she gets up in her spot, and her tail touches the ground!

So here's a new development (quite litterally).

Bulges. This is within the last couple days. If you go back to my update on day 45, there's nothing. Yesterday I dish fed and the day before I didn't feed, due to school work and work work (working close sucks!), so this has to have started showing in the last couple days. Took a closer look under the hood and here's the results...

This is the second gecko in two days I was told was female and is actually male! My snow is almost a year old and JUST NOW started to show pores. This is just weird. I want a refund!!! Just kidding, I love my gender confused babies :)

Also, we're two days shy of three months in my care! That would make... Him... About 6-7 months, then. Which is when males are supposed to show! *cough*Orchid*cough* Speaking of Orchid, poor dude needs a more mainly name LOL Raven can stay Raven because it's not girly, but I don't think Orchid is going to stay with that name lol

Two whole months! Whoop whoop!

My little fatty ate about 30 (probably more! I didn't count, but boy did they give me a lot!) 1/2 inch crickets and was STILL looking for more! I decided to put him in a separate tank to feed and clean at the same time. Very glad I did! So much easier than trying to baby sit while he runs around and clean his tank all at once. And while he was chasing crickets, I got to spend a little one on one time with Amelia and get her fed. Then I was mean to her and cleaned her tank and put everything back in a different spot Lol Did the same thing to Raven and Orchid (he still needs a new name lol), but they don't really care :p

Here's a picture of my little guy :) you can sort of see that the lavender is almost all gone, and there is no white left around his head. He's so pretty :3

Day 62!

Came home just in time to watch my little guy shed. Let me tell you, he's horrible at it LOL His face was not ready, but the rest of his body was. He walked around for a good 10 minutes just in the time I was home trying to rub the shed off of his nose and get it started. Despite two hides and paper towels to rub on, his prefered rubbing place is the silicon along the front (technically the side) of the tank.

He was getting so ticked off that he was waving his tail LOL

Just gotta leeeeeeean into it!

He finally got enough started to where I could grab it with the tweezers and help him get it off his face. At first he though he was getting food and wanted to bite the tweezers, but once he realized what I was trying to do, he started to lean into them so I could grab on. Thankfully that bit on his face came off with out much of a fight. Look at that bright shiny new orange!

And after that, the rest came off great. Nice and easy.

All done! You can see what little is left of his lavender.

Two months, one week, and three days into this little cutie. I rotated his tank and moved his stuff around (moved the wet hide from the hot side to the cool side because that's apparently the better place to have it?), switched the dry hide (strawberry thing) to his wet hide, and have him a fancy new cave for a dry hide, and now he's going through a skittish phase like he did when he was a baby. Any too-quick movements over head tweak him out. Thankfully after a couple days he stopped making a run for his cave -_- And just as soon as he's comfortable with this new set up, he'll be going into the new tank. Poor dudes gunna have a complex LOL

Anyways, some pics!

The lavender is still fading between sheds, and there's not much left.

Such a cute little face :) you can see the yellow in his side there, too.

And some nice bright tangerine coming in on the tail.

And I weighed him tonight and he's a nice beefy 60 grams even. You can see he's got armpit blubber. Winces he's still growing, is it ok for him to have that, or should I finally put him on his adult diet I've been threatening him with? My other two eat just enough to keep a good weight, but he just eats and eats and eats and eats! I don't know if it'll ever end!!

Three months, two weeks, 5 days. The amount if math needed to figure that was terrifying LOL Math and 1 am just don't mix!

Ate like a pig tonight, and found a spot on the slate that was the perfect temp to digest his meal. He wants me to let you guys know that he's not fat, he's just big boned.
