Really Worried About Leopard gecko!

Really worried here;
I got her when she was 8weeks old, very thin, thin tail you name it.
I let her settle in for about 3 weeks, tempting her with food the correct size food etc.
She ate nothing, understandable shes in a new place, anyway after a few more days she ate for the first time 4 crickets and a meal worm, GREAT!, so i thought she was simply underfed from the pet store, i tried again the next day tempting with 1 cricket if she ate that i'd try another etc.. but nothing, so i thought fine okay, maybe every other day even though ive read a baby should really eat every day, 3 days and again nothing. more to the point after say 2 month now ive fed her every other day or atleast tried, shes ate say 4 times out them all.

The set up:
Shallow water dish
Meal worm feeder 24/7 food
Cave hide for her
Log to climb on
Paper towel flooring
Calcium filled bottle top (All her food is calcium dusted also)
2 Heat mats, one on the back of the tank, one at the back UNDER her cave (outside the tank not in) so her cave is warm
Sun Glo heating lamps above the tank (on the hot side creating a gradient) each bulb is 25Watt each (2 bulbs)

During the day the hottest would be say 90F coldest is early morning hour of say 74F - the heating LAMPS are on a timer for the colder times of the day and night, the mats are on constantly as they don't seem to heat the tank up to well so they do great to stay on.

She never ever comes out her cave, i don't know whether it's too hot or too cold for her to come out, i thought they like the heat/sun (in moderation) and bask in it storing the heat for the night, however i don't see her day or night.
She's never been violent iv'e held her dozens of times.

Is there anything i'm doing wrong? i've took some pics of Her and the Tank:

Tank in full

Food/Water

Calcium top (the food around it is fish flakes, i read its better to have food in the tank if you leave the crickets for the leos sake, my crickets love fish food)

Her cave (Heat mat under that OUTSIDE the tank)

Is she too thin?

Comments please

Thank You!

UPDATE:
After taking her to the vets, turned out she had parasites in her stomach, the vet asked me such things as is it housed with another one which could have them? i said no, he asked have i had one previously that may of died that could of had them, i said no.
He said then its obviously where i bought it from, then charged me £30 ¬_¬ i could of told him that, anyway, i rang the pet store i got it from, they said for me to bring it back, i took it in, they're keeping her isolated and taking her to the vets tomorrow, gave me my refund back and apologised as they admitted it was their fault.

:)

Yes, way too thin. Have you had a fecal sample analyzed by a vet? If not then it needs to happen ASAP. Also the heat pad should be attached to the floor, not the back wall. What are your temperatures?

No i have not, looks i will have to though. I mean she eats a lot when she does :\

And the hottest mid day is about 90, the average temp is 78 - 85 and on a night / early cold morning about 74

Ouch.. she does look painfully thin. Poor baby. Well, I'm going to start by saying your setup is nearly complete. She would appreciate a moist hide, but everything else seems to be in order. Have you seenher eating from the meal worm bowl? I have foundthat especiall with younger leos, they just dont always find their way into the bowl because of the height and inner lip. If you have a shallower bowl, preferably clear plastic or glass, she may be able to get into it easier. Load the bowl up with a ton of worms, hopefully their mass movement will get her attention. Now, seeing as she came from a petstore, there could be several issues going on with her that would contribupe to why she's not healthy. If you got her from *****, she may have a problem with impaction as the leos there are kept on sand. If she was on repti-carpet or another substrate, impactionmay not be the issue. Parasites are always another option. I feel your best bet right now to keep her with you would be to take her (along with a fresh fecal sample) to the vets and have the vet do a complete check on her. She will likely benefit from a good slurry too. Keep us updated with how she does.

I thought there was one pad on the wall and one on the floor? Maybe I read wrong.

Right so a vet visit is a deffo then lol. i got her from Pets At Home (UK nationwide pet store) she was on Carpet if i remember correctly. If i put the worms in a smaller dish they will escape, they do already in the one i have now...

I know, the worms can be pesky sometimes. But it's better to have a few loose ones than have her not be able to find them :/ And worms arent lik crickets in that they won't bite or harass the leos if they are loose in the environment with them. You'll likely just find them on the edges of the enclosure under the paper towel.

IMO, that would be better at least for now. You can also try to move the dish closer to where she spends most of her time.

Right, ive put loads in and took the lid off, ill keep a check hopefully she starts to eat them all.... :\ ill leave it say 2 weeks more, doing the same ill tempt her with crickets daily and keep the mealworms topped up, if no change i got some of her wastage there ill take her to the vets. Thanks for the quick reply ill keep you all informed.

Mmmmm... I'm not sure if I would wait to take her :/ She really doesnt look like she's got much more in her. I think you should take her in as soon as you can. If she eats, great, but she still needs a vet.

Hard as she'a always in her cave, but its right outside it now (not covering her exit or entrance) and there's like 5 teaspoonful in there. Hope she does find them :'(

Yea, just take her in anything you can find that has air holes and is big enough. Sh should be ok away from heat just for a vet visit.

Okay, theres a PDSA not so far away from me, its free for everything there, ill take her down there. I just hope she gets the all clear, will it take time for me to know if there is something wrong? or can they tell then and there?

You can try to take her there but idk if they will even see you. She really needs to see a reptile or exotic animal vet.

Ughh i don't have the money for that, least not till end of the month :( Hopefully the PDSA will help :\ if not then im pretty much done for
