They replied to my message on 11/4/11. Here it is quoted.
"Leah,Thank you for pointing out our oversight on the leopard gecko. We will be updating the picture on our website to show a better example. This is not the image we want to give and is definitely not a reflection of how we treat our animals. We believe that caring for our animals is our highest and most important priority. We strongly believe in proper care, nutrition, and housing and in keeping our animals healthy and happy. We have an on-staff veterinarian and follow nationally recognized programs in animal care. Thank you again for pointing this out and we apologize for the oversight. Laura HumphreyDirector of Operations"
She made it seem like they just didnt notice it and this was the first they had realized...UGH.
