I'm looking to find the Best Way for Hatch Mack Bell Enigma ....

That would be your best bet, besides using a Mack Snow Albino, instead. That would increase the chances of you hatching one. Otherwise you`ve got the idea, allready.

I make a mistake in my title

It's Red Eyes X Mack Enigma Het Bell I forgot a Word !

At Home , I have Mack Bell male .
If a buy only a female Red Eyes , the chance is always up. It will be the same than Lottiz .

I hesitate a lot : Buy the final combo or make my own Mack Enigma Bell at home ....

You should be able to make them yourself with that combo. A lot of it depends on luck. Personally, I would breed the Mack Bell to the Red Eyed Enigma. We made that cross this season an both eggs from the first clutch were Mack Bell Enigmas.

you will not make any better odds by breeding a bell enigma(red eyes) to a mack het bell enigma or so a few posts from Kelli led me to believe.

As Melody stated, you can and should make them from that combo., but odds will double by using a SS bell.
