Red marks

So I have a normal, bell, and bb in one 20 gal tank (Females of course)
The normal was in there first with the bell and despite a good size diff they got along great.

Well I added my bb and it went great, but the bell and bb became best friends and I noticed the normal usually wasn't in the same hide

Well then I noticed some red marks on my bb. Nothing bad or bleeding, and they were kinda weird.

Do you think this was fight wounds?

Well I suspected the normal so I separated her in her own tank, and this morning the marks were faded and there were no new ones.

so

1. Should I put some neosporin on the wounds?
2. Do you think it was just tank aggression
3. Should I separate the bell too even though there seems to be no problem between them?

Neosporin would be good for the marks. Do you have a picture of the marks? I know sometimes when they are shedding and rubbing alot they get marks so it may or may not be aggression but I think I would keep the normal separated for now and watch the other two closely for aggression.
