Red worms???

I just got my order from ReptileFoods and they inadvertently mixed up my order. Instead of mini-mealies, I got 8 deli-cups (400 count) of an unknown "crawlie". They look like skinny fishing worms and are reddish. I think they are called redworms (duh) but I don't know what type of critter they are for. Can my leos or beardies eat these or are they for amphibians? They are grossing me out! They look like something you should take medicine for! Or go fishing with!

I let them loose in my garden since I didn't have time to go fishing - LOL! They are ffrrreeeeeee!
