Regened Tails

Im not sure if this question has been asked because I was to lazy to look it up but Do Fat Tails drop their tails easier than leos? I recently purchased a m/f pair the other day and the female tail has regened. As i been doing research on this site, youtube, and the web in general, alot of fat tails have regened tails or atleast it seems that way to me.

ALot of the regen tails on fattails are because of being Wild Caught. This doesnt mean a captive bred animal cant drop its tail, but a large percentage of WC animals come into the contry with tails already dropped. Also in my experience AFT do drop their tails a bit quicker then Leos.

in my 8 years of keeping fatties, ive only had one drop a tail once.

Ic well that makes alot of since, it seems fat tails are on the rise and one day will be up there with the popularity of Leos (hopefully)!
