Removal of Hemipenes

Nope. Carl sure must feel good! I hope he learned he needs more fiber in his diet!:) One down (hopefully!); one to go!

Carl shed last night and looks VERY handsome!! So far his single hemipene is staying in as well. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that all of his major issues are over.

Well, Carl has gone once again! That's twice within 3 days! I am VERY happy about that, but have another concern. Carl ate a large butterworm last night. He came out of his enclosure to hand out for a bit as well. This morning there was an undigester butterworm in the place he ususally defecates. I'm assuming he regurgitated it because it looked like a perfect worm. I offered him another butterworm this morning, and he ate it. I wanted to see if it would "stay down." So far, so good. Any ideas?? I normally would just pass this off, but since Carl's been having the "digestive issues," I was wondering if it's something to be alarmed about. Thanks!
