Well due to awesome luck and good fortune my father and I are moving from our 1 bed room apartment (I slepted on a futon) to a 3 bed room house with a full basement. My father's girlfriend and her 2 kids are also moving in (its gona be soo awkward). Essentially they gave me the basement for me and my animals sooo basicly my bedroom, reptile room and art studio all in one w00ts! Its the biggest room in the house and im sooo grateful for havin it. It has cable so I plan to get a TV installed. But Im trying to figure out the little misellanious things that'll make my Reptile chores easier now that i have room. I currently have 2 leos, 3 Blue Tongue Skinks (1 more soon i think), and if all things go well 4 levis levis.

Heres the list of things I think I'll need:

- Small Cart - Like one of those small ones for like cleaning supplies just so i can cart items around while cleaning cages.
- Shop vac - To suck up carefresh while cleaning the cages.
- Flourescent Lighting - A nice flouresent light where my cages and racks are.
- Small dust broom and pan - the floors are tile so easy clean up!!!
- REFRIDGE!! - Lol i would love to get one of those dorm fridges to keep reptile food and snacks in for me.
- Maybe a nice murral of Ayers rock in Austrailia - speciallizing in austrailian reptiles
- maybe some ambiance music... like frogs churping or something - ok now this is where i get wierd although i do want this to be the ultimate reptile paradise hehe.
- Work table - to do examinations, weighin, food prep ect ect.

I think thats everything... If you guys have any suggestions let me know!!!

Man, you are one lucky guy! Start searching Freecycle for some of the stuff. You could easily find a dorm fridge there as well as the table, shelving etc. Free is always good.

Hah, I took over my basement! It grew from 1 rack to 2 BIG racks and one soon hatchling rack. A load of tanks, inubators, breeding racks, tanks, computer for records, and tons and tons of other crap. I have a cart that I push stuff around on. It is nice, I need to get some pictures soon.

I have a fridge in my room for the mealies and bird food and misc. snacks (for me). It's very helpful, especially with roomies that don't exactly appreciate reptiles. Don't know how the girlfriend and kids are with worms in their food fridge, so that might be a good idea just to be neighborly. Who knew that bugs in the fridge wasn't normal for everyone. I certainly see nothing weird about it... :p
