it is honestly a true shame that we cannot own any type of terrapin in Tennessee. I would LOVE to have a Tortoise. I have been facinated with them, well heck, any turtle for that matter, since i was a little kid. Your's is a beaut, I hope he works out great for you:main_thumbsup:

Thank you for all the comments! He is doing great. We keep a rubber ball in his enclosure and he will push it around and play for awhile everyday.
