Just grabbe this little guy from petco. Totally stole my heart was in bad conditions and they gave him to me. I was thinking looks like hypo snow?

Good job on getting them to give you this gecko in need! I wish more big box stores would do this with their sick geckos, allowing them to concentrate on selling healthy animals without putting them at risk.

It's most likely about a week old break they said they got it like that. I'm picking up neisporin for the little guy tomorrow and I have some premade slurry just incase =)

If anyone has any helping advice it would be much appreciated!! I have only taken care of one Leo with a dropped tail before!!

I learned from my 1st and last tail drop the easiest way to apply the neosporin after the first time trying to use a q-tip and she bit me. Take a soda cap and wash it fully and let dry. (I even remove the rubber ring inside the cap) Take the neosporin and squeeze a litte into the cap to cover the bottom with just a little extra, then you can jusy dab the tail with it with a little twist. And tah-da... It's done. Works well with one that won't stay still for very long. Hope that helps. (Also take her off lose substrates if you have them until the tail closes up. Might help to remove him/her from others for a little while to keep down stress levels too.)
